Owner + Holistic Chiropractor

Dr. Paris Wood grew up in Flushing, Michigan, and didn’t discover chiropractic until she was 20 years old. While playing collegiate soccer at Concord University, a local chiropractor came to adjust the student athletes. Dr. Paris was immediately hooked, not only did chiropractic care help her recover faster, but it also made her feel better and improved her performance on the field. it was in that moment she knew chiropractic aligned with her core vales and was the path she wanted to pursue.

After trading in country life for the city, Dr. Paris attended Life University in Atlanta, Georgia. There she became deeply involved with the Internal Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA), which ignited her passion for serving families, children, and expectant mothers. During her time in school she also had the opportunity to go on a chiropractic mission trip to Dajabon, Dominican Republic, where she served underserved communities and shared the message of natural healing through chiropractic.

Dr. Paris graduated Magna Cum Laude from Life University. She is certified in the Webster technique and is currently expanding her expertise in pediatrics and perinatal care through ongoing education with the ICPA. She is also certified through PX and a BIRTHFIT professional, equipping her to provide holistic, supportive care for moms from preconception through postpartum.

Before opening her own practice, Dr. Paris spent 4.5 invaluable years as an associate at IFC, a premier chiropractic office specializing in pregnancy, pediatrics and family wellness. This hands-on experience helped her deepen her skills in adjusting infants, supporting moms through every stage of motherhood, and caring for entire families through all seasons of life.

Now living in Arizona, Dr. Paris is loving the adventure of exploring her home state. When she is not in the office, you can find her hiking desert trails, attending group fitness classes, dancing the night away at concerts, thrifting, traveling to new cities, or searching for the best taco and margarita combo Phoenix has to offer.

Dr. Paris feels honored to walk alongside families in their health journey, and is committed to helping her community thrive, one adjustment at a time.
